These pens are amazing! So happy to finally be able to write for myself again. Previously I would have to wrap regular pens in half a roll of tape to be able to use due to my rheumatoid disease. We bought these pens for our upcoming trip to Disney World in Florida for the Disney character autographs for our two daughters. The characters often have trouble holding smaller pens and using them. We figured these pens would be a better option. We do plan to use the pens otherwise not just for our trip but for other uses. They are very easy grip and hold. They have a large button to push the pen to write as well as well as a rope to hang around your hand. I am glad I got these pens which are durable and look nice as well.

I'm a practicing notary public and I ordered these pens for use with clients who are stroke patients, elderly or other tremor-related conditions. PROS: The shape is very good for weak or smaller hands. The click button is large and easy to push. CONS: The ink is supposed to be blue, however it turned out to be a very dark blue, almost black. Also, the point is on the finer side and sharp, which means having to use more pressure to make a decent impression on a form that may have to be copied/scanned. The ink barrel looks pretty standard, so I may be able to replace it to get the bluer color and medium tip that I need. However, I would have rather paid the same price for one nice, well-made pen and 5 cheap ones.

My wife has rheumatoid arthritis. She uses these and says they are helpful. She gets a lot of questions about where she got them. She doesn't say "My Awesome husband." She usually just says, "Amazon." If you have a tough time gripping small pens and Dr. Grip and other pens that size aren't big enough, give these a try. Good price. Good pens.

Was sceptical but these pens/biros after just a little bit of practice are very comfortable for my arthritic fingers to hold.
