I got the 2 week freebie and immediately cancelled autoship. That was easy and service rep was very kind and efficient. By the time I was finishing the 2 week supply there was noticeable improvement in my knee pain, which has been a problem for me for a few years now. The best example I can give is that after my gym classes (spin, zumba, cardio) which were all in upstairs rooms at my gym, I could not walk downstairs without pain and without using the handrail. Now I can. The improvement was enough that I decided to buy another month supply. I am giving 4 stars for now, but will update this review as I near completion of the next month. The product is expensive as everyone has pointed out, if it continues to work this well it is probably worth it for me. I recommend giving this a try if you don't usually have allergies or other significant health problems. I am an active 68 year old and long time gym rat. Be sure to get the two week trial and cancel the auto-ship as soon as you receive your supply. If it works for you then you can decide if the benefit outweighs the cost. Update 4 - 4 I am just finishing the month supply I got after the two week freebie. The product works, but I am not sure it works well enough to justify the expense. My new plan is to go back to my old therapy and see what happens over the next month or two......that will give me a strong indication of the level of relief Instaflex provided. Final Update 5 - 28 After I stopped using Instaflex my knee pain gradually returned. So I can say that Instaflex did work for me. But I think there were some side effects although I cannot really be sure they were caused by Instaflex. Bottom line the product works but probably not for everyone and the price is very high. Not worth it to me. As an aside I re-discovered an insert for my workout shoes (Triad Pro-foot) and it works so well that I can go as high-impact as I want in my classes without pain. It also works very well with my walking shoes when I am out on an uneven horse trail walking my dogs. Lucky me, I am a happy camper again.

OK, I was going to wait one more week to write a review on these pills but I could not wait. I had to help someone else! If your suffering from knee pain please get these pill. Over the last year I have slowly developed Osteoarthritis in my left knee and now the disease process has been very debilitating and depressing for me. I am only 43 years old and I'm very active but the years of running and the fact that my grandmother had this same type of arthritis brought the disease on early in my life. I scheduled an appointment to see the rheumatologists over 6 months ago but I had to wait because that how long it takes to get an appointment as a new patient. Meanwhile, at home I was hopping around and confine to the house with a swollen knee and severe pain. Basically any form of exercise would cause severe pain in my knee and the fluid was so bad it would swell. Most of the time I could not even sleep at night because I was in so much pain. I was so desperate for some relief. Well, these pills worked almost the same day. I could not believe it! I finally got my life BACK! I can workout again and ride my bike again. I am so happy. I will say this, I have not had any side effects from taking these pills and also I don't really have to take 3 pills. The recommended dose is 3 pills per day but 2 has been working just fine for me.
