Miramat extra large premium workout mats

I have been using it since the purchase and this is a really great mattress for exercises: large, stiff and very solid. If you are someone that is dedicated do not waste money on other exercise matress.

I do regular PT workouts via Zoom so needed a decent mat to protect my floor and make being on the floor more comfy. My previous mat kept sliding and stretching and was dreadful. This mat is great. It doesn't slip on my wooden floor, and doesn't stretch when doing a plank. It is comfortable, large enough to accommodate most exercises and easy to roll up and put away. Happy to recommend this.

Quality product and a responsive customer service should you need it.

Almost perfect, just need to fix the grip to the ground and the top surface could be just a very tiny bit slippery if you have sweat. I place mine on half carpet/half wood floor which helps a little bit better with the grip with carpet under. However, given the size, movement is tolerable (perhaps few cm off after a session of active cardio, not a huge problem, one just have to readjust it every now and then. With yoga, when hands and feet is slightly sweaty, the grip on the palms may be very slightly when doing downward dog. Again, not a huge problem, just have to wipe off excess sweat. The material is thick, denser, heavier and harder than the common yoga mat. Overall weight is quite heavy given the size but perfect for home use.

Excellent mat, great size. A very worthwhile investment

I purchased this item to use in our lounge and in our conservatory. It was initially curled on removing from the packaging but as it suggested on the instructions it settled over time. It’s perfect for use with workouts like BodyCombat, body pump… it’s a really nice thickness and easy to move about for use in different rooms. It’s really good quality and is durable. Glad I spent the extra money to purchase this item over others and I think it’s worth the investment. Very happy with my purchase.
