Very well built bag. Zippers are larger than on my old Samsonite bag, and handle is strong and sturdy. I put a lot of miles on my older one that was overloaded. Costly for what it is but worth it over other brands. The "charger" option is a gimmick, it is basically a usb cable and no battery is included.

I bought this bag for travel or if I need to work in the office or at a coffee shop. I bought it as "Used -Like New" from Amazon. The listing said the box was damaged but the product was like new. To be honest, the box did not have any damage that wouldn't be normal for transport with any carrier. The product itself was NEW in the original packaging and with the original tags. The product did not have any damage. I like the versatility this bag offers, with all of the storage compartments. My only gripe is that it is just one inch to big to fit under an airplane seat. Other than this, I highly recommend!!!!
