I absolutely love this product makes report in clinical so easy and organized. Great for clinical assignment and stay organized. Highly recommend. Quality of paper and spiral is really nice!

Liked that it’s easy to use. All my paperwork is easily kept together. Disliked that IV info was on back page. Too big for pocket

had to bend the rings so the paper wouldn't fall off but other than that the product is amazing

I love the layout! Used them for clinical & care plans & they worked perfectly! Just associate yourself with the notebook abbreviations.

I’m in nursing school. Probably not the best for someone who doesn’t really have a place to set things. Too big for a pocket. Really expensive for what you get. If they were perforated for removing then that would be better. There are just so many better and less expensive options out there.

I purchased these to make patient reports during clinical rounds much easier. The reports cover everything you need to know for nursing care, and make it easy to create nursing diagnoses and plans with all the patient info organized. Great buy for Nursing students!

I was expecting to receive a notebook with the outer shell being thicker (per the description) but received a flimsy notebook that seemed to have the. Both the shell and pages of made of the same product seemed to be regular paper. Extremely disappointed. Per item description “ reliable Material: the shell of the nursing report sheet is very hard and solid, and the report sheet is made of quality cardboard, which is thicker than conventional papers and not easy to break or tear”

The product is too wide for my pockets. Found it hard to carry around during clinical. I like the boxes for information, but maybe make a vertical version of this notebook
