Been using it for over a year now. Works as advertised/expected at this price point:Speakers have great clarity, good quality over the entire spectrum. Use it for calls, webinars, videos, music, training. 5/5.Microphone is the best I have used in a long time - great sensitivity. Sometimes you have to point it in the right direction but works well overall. I have set it up on my WFH desk and can sit comfortably in my chair when I speak ~2m away. 4.5/5Only con I could think is it is not portable - needs a desk; but one can set it up and forget about it.Product has good build quality overall, expect to use it for many years to go. 4.75/5

Good for home office, low volume in music

Excellent clarity of speakers very good. Can speak from 4-5 feet distance in calls. Very good for wfh scene and able to avoid using headphones for calls.

Guys pls don't buy this product because of Price. Audio Quality is worst. Your basic mobile audio is more effective than this product. And to replace this product I have done lot of circus to connect to Customer Care people. In Mice echo is coming while speaking. So other people who are in online meeting are not able to hear my voice properly. I am telling you pls dont buy this product because of price. I did not expect this kind of poor audio quality from JBL.

It's been 1month of use and system is working good..except it has more base in sound.Can go for it.

My first JBL purchase was 750BTNC headset and I was severely disappointed with the quality. But this one surpassed my expectations. The Speaker output is crisp, so clear that I was able to comprehend Busta Rhymes. Mic is great as well. Best part is you get a spare USB that acts like Hub to maybe plugin your Webcam to make it a complete Conferencing solution. Moderately priced for the quality.
