Would this mill be able to handle Mesquite Tree Beans?

All grain mills are intended for grinding cereals. Unfortunately, we have no experience of grinding Mesquite Tree Beans.

Does it come with clamps

The mill is very heavy and can not be clamped with clamps. It should be fastened on the wooden surface with screws with large threads. Unfortunately, screws are not included.

Good day, how many grinding disc comes with this hand mill?

This mill has two steel discs for conventional milling.

Compared to the salzburger hand mill mh 8 with natural granite millstones which would be better suited for grinding the mesquite tree bean?

In general, all grain mills are intended for grinding cereals. Unfortunately, we have no experience of grinding Mesquite Tree Beans. Nevertheless, if you compare with the MH 8 mill, Diamant D525 will grind beans better, because the steel millstones are fits much better for grinding of oil seeds and plants. You can try to buy Diamant D525 to your own risk or you can also send beans to the factory in Germany, they will grind beans for you and the flour sent back. If you will like the result, after then you can buy a mill. Depending on the needed volume, you can also use a hand mill Messerschmidt (Family grain mill) or the same mill with an electric motor.
