Q: I have to get my bottom painted, will applying poli Ox heavy Oxidation remover affect the bottom paint when i rinse it off?

I’m assuming you’re talking about a boat😊. I used this on a fiberglass trailer. Amazing stuff. No issues with paint, although most of what I was working on was white. It did brighten the colored decals on the trailer. As I remember the product information shows it being used on a black boat to brighten that color. Very impressed with all of these Ploi Glow products!

Its a white powder that is similar to comet cleanser. It is for removing stains and heavy grime before you apply Poli Glo. It does not discolor white fiberglass but I would be careful with it on any color surface or decals.

I am not sure. Best to try it on a small spot first. It seemed to be pretty abrasive. I have used Woodys Restoration Compound and that worked very giid on white fiberglass.
