Product arrived and was already charged. Very cute very comfortable in my hand. Already tried it out on my aching knee and my aching shoulder. It's amazing, I can move my knee without a lot of pain. Shoulder feels good as well. Packaging was amazing no damage at all. It definitely buy again as a gift.

This massager was exactly what I needed. I suffer from restless leg syndrome. I wanted something light weight and easy enough to operate at a moments notice. It’s compact enough to keep next to my bed on the dresser at all times. It conveniently charges with its extra long cord. the battery life lasts me about a week on one full charge. The multiple levels of intensity are very helpful depending on the level of discomfort I am experiencing~ And the silicone massaging head is soft and gentle against my skin. I have found the pulsating setting to be the most relieving; gets me quickly back to sleep. I’m extremely happy with this massager. I find it well worth the price.

It works great easy to use holds a charge for forever, if it weren’t for the charger cord it would be a must have especially with the awesome price. The problem is the charger cord it’s a unique style so if you lose it you’re up a creek without a paddle and it’s pretty short so you can’t really use it while charging though it charges quick and like I said lasts forever. The cord is easy to lose though and hard to replace. That’s it’s only drawback. Other than that I love it!!!

I'm using this for sciatica which worked for another user too. It especially works after the sciatica starts not so much to prevent but working over the really sore areas. It's pretty painful to do at the time but once inflamed you can feel the trigger points and massage them. It takes about 15 minutes to get relief from an episode doing this which is better than massaging my entire leg side of my body hoping to prevent a bad episode. If you have sciatica you know how painful an episode can be and how long they can last, sometimes days. I've used this on my neck for migraine pain which has been very helpful also. The only negative comment I have is the charging plug at the end. It's an odd angle to keep the magnetic cord attached when trying to charge. I have it hung over the edge of my kitchen bar so it will remain at the correct angle because lying flat prevents the magnets from connecting. It has just the right pressure for me. The price was right. I'm happy with it.

Got the product, but no plug in, Or charging cable. I don't know how to charge this. No instructions. Nothing I want this product. I just need a way to charge it. Thank you

I purchased this as a regular inexpensive massager that I could gift to a pregnant woman along with other baby shower items thinking it was a great idea for use at her work desk or at home during her pregnancy as well as post pregnancy. The package showed up and it is odd packaging. I checked the review write ups to see if I had missed something about it and to my surprise this product is being described by others as a possible intimacy massager. What the heck, hence the odd packaging -which I will now not be giving as a gift. If it is actually being sold for that reason then label it as such on the website! If it is not, then package it as a normal massager product box! I was going to return it but I decided that it's compact size is useful for work desk or travel. I have chronic neck, shoulder, back pain and my other, more expensive professional massager gun is much larger and in a large case. The massager works well, charges well & because of how it is built the flexibility helps get the cricks in my neck and shoulder blades & it does not pinch the skin. FYI A crick in your neck is painful & can be due to: stiffness from sitting or bending for long periods of time, arthritis, muscle spasms, herniated disks, whiplash, sore muscles, spinal stenosis, etc.

Works good great purchase

I've had this thing now for about 8 months and use it frequently. I think it's great. Cheap. Well-made. Quick charging. Good strength. What it is not is waterproof. I'm usually pretty careful when choosing it and don't get the charge area wet even though it says it waterproof.. It got wet today. And i don't mean dunked in a bath tub... it just got wet. Now.. It's dead. I'm pretty sad..... 0/10 on waterproof 8/10 everything else

If you are looking for something other than a muscle massager...two words...buy it...I do ot know how the charging part is going to work yet but if you are buying it work it's capabilities of personal massage...it is very very very good...it is not super loud...but it is noisy...but you will stop noticing that..I promise..stop looking and purchase this

Need better or larger battery capacity

It works fine if you can get it to charge, however the charger design is really dumb. It’s a magnet so after a month or two it’s extremely hard for it to stay charging, just falls off or you have to have it sitting in a very specific way. The battery life is also bad, it’ll be in the red zone after about 10 minutes of use. Overall pretty disappointing
