Perfect fit for my Schwinn Taff Comp - lifted my riding position from too low for regular riding to a much more comfortable height. Easy installation and seems to be of good quality. Looks good too.

Easy to install, works great, good quality. It is very important to make sure that it is completely tight when installing or your front wheel can turn unexpectedly, but if you install it properly, it is pretty bullet-proof. Arthritis in my neck makes it difficult for me to look up when I ride. The riser really helps reduce the neck strain.

The Low Quality of the bolts bolts keep from being able to get the handle bars tight enough to prevent handle bar from twisting, because they striped. I replaced the bolts with Grade #3 then item worked great. Everything other then the bolt quality was very nice. A little bummed that it uses two sizes of bolts.
