They arrived within a week. They are pretty big and if you don't mind swallowing big pill then it's not bad. I don't eat as much while taking these pills, just not really hungry, so then this is working. I have loss about 5 lbs within the first two weeks. I will continue to take them for the next 2 months to see the total weight loss. I would recommend this product. BV

I have been taling these for a week now. From my experience I will say the following which I observed, bear in mind our bodies will react differently to the product.1. It cuts your appetite so i dont feel hungry, and I dont snack around either as I used to.2. It gives me alot of energy....and I mean alot. You need to be very active when taking these, or else it makes your heart race.3. Do not, I repeat do not take them in the afternoon. You probably wont sleep for the entire night (that was my experience why I had to reduce my dose to one per day). Even though the dose says two per day I have adjusted mine to one per day.4. I haven't noticed any drop in my weight as yet. I weighed in at 150 pounds and my scale still reflects such. I will see if it changes after taking these for a month. My goal is to loose 20 pounds. I don't expect a rapid drop in weight as I have reduced my dosage to one per day instead of the two as recommended. I will update in a month's time.

I've heard wonderful things about the benefits of a keto diet. I'm very lucky about my food do eating anything different wasn't my cup of tea. These easy to swallow capsules give my the keto diet without me having to change my eating habits. Since starting on these ice lost about 5 lbs. They boost my metabolism and give me more energy than I thought possible at my age (45) They are not too big and are do.t have a disgusting aftertaste. They work well and the best thing is you get three bottles for the price of one !

I bought this product and the label said 60 tablets per bottle and the 1st bottle only had 52 tablets and I just opened the 2nd bottle and it olny had 56 tablets please report this to Keto so they could correct this problem I dont think I would spend my money on a product that lies on the lable again!!!!!!!

I had a hard time swallowing these as they are capasules. I would prefer a liquid, gummy or something you dont have to swallow. I like there are 3 bottles so you get a three month supply at one time and don't have to worry about running out as it takes at least 3 months to really start seeing a difference so only having a one month supply wouldn't do it. The nuntritonal info is listed on the side and the bottles are securely closed and sealed upon arrival.

I do not know if it serves to lose weight but it serves as a substitute for apple cider vinegar. It is easier and more comfortable to take in capsules.

I felt it helped, but had no noticeable weight loss.-G

This is such a great product that I bought online. I did take this twice a day and it gives me a great and light feeling. My weight has dropped down in juts a couple of months of taking this.
