How is this even acceptable? I paid for a product that doesn’t function as advertised, and now I’m stuck with it. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money. To make matters worse, Amazon’s customer service was no help either. They were unable to resolve the issue and offered no real solution. It’s shocking that a platform as large as Amazon would allow such poor-quality products to be sold and then fail to support customers when things go wrong. Headphone are good. Comfort is also good. Mic is not much good,cause at calling your opponent can't listen properly. Cuffs are soft. Every function in this headphone works Sound is crisp and clear.clarity is perfect. There are some problem in connectivity because it connects fast on mobile but in laptop you have to do it manually.quality is good at this price.even 40 ms latency works properly.hinges are slightly more loose.which I think is okay. There is a small complaint to seller They are not offering return policy if anything happens they only offer replace. Which not convenient. Because when your mind changes to buy other headphones you can't get money back you can only replace it.(You will get same product only)

I bought it just yesterday, excited about the promised 25 hours playback and ASAP Charge feature, but it’s completely dead out of the box! It won’t turn on at all, and no matter what charger or cable I use, it doesn’t take any charge – no LED light, nothing. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims premium quality and signature sound. Total waste of money – feels like a defective piece or poor quality control. I’ve seen similar complaints online about boAt headphones having charging port issues right from the start. Strongly regret buying this and won’t recommend boAt to anyone. Zero stars if possible!
