Why did you pick this product vs others?:My dog has a tail with fur and is the “don’t touch”” my tail” type. His tail has terrible before I realized. I was sure that the only way was to shave. I tried this product first and was amazed. It really worked. The matts were more like large knots buts the hair started separating when this product was added and I saved the fur

I used this on my Border Collie/Lab mix dog. Her black and white coat is naturally soft except her tail and butt area. That hair/fur is harsh/coarse/dry and generally unsightly. I combed this product through that section. It now matches the rest of her coat. It is soft, manageable, and beautiful. The scent is pleasing and mild.

This is a rare find- a product that works even better than advertised. I had a horse tail that had not been combed out for months, completely picked/brushed out in 15 min. with very minimal loss of hair. And it has changed the life of my 6 yr old granddaughter who's hair looks feral most of the time- her hair is in knots and she flips out whenever it must be brushed out. She asks for this product now. She looks like a socialized human child now.

I like the way it makes my wife's hair shine and so does she.

We have a Miniature Australian Shepherd that constantly has issues with her hair matting badly below her rear end and down the back of her legs. Hand-separating and brushing them out has been a painful experience for her and she would run at the sight of a brush. Despite the great reviews, I put off purchasing this product due to price, but finally pulled the trigger. We received the 4oz tube of gel this afternoon and all I can say is WOW! I applied a few drops to each mat, barely massaged it in for a couple of seconds, waited a minute and began brushing. The degree of resistance was virtually non-existent. I'm honestly like: "W-H-A-A-A-A-T????"! The brush went through her mats like a hot knife through butter on the very first pass. For the first time, she just laid there and actually enjoyed being brushed. I don't rave about many products, but this gel is truly rave-able. It's simply AMAZING!

This REALLY works. Hubby’s palomino has almost curly hair, the least bit of twig, wind, rain, & time causes it to dreadlock. It was a daily chore to keep it combed out, until I tried ShowSheen detangler. We have always used the Show Sheen spray, but, the detangler stays on the hair without attracting dirt and keeps her hair soft and so tangle free that I can finger comb it. WHAT a find, thank you!

This is the only thing I can use to unknot my black standard poodle. It also makes him smell, so good it’s very easy to use. It’s very greasy you will have to wash your hands afterwards. I’ve tried so many products, and nothing works is going to show sheen
