My favorite design!
The blade design and carrier are what makes this little knife my favorite. I hope they make more of these in different sizes with the same hole 🕳 locations on the blade and carrier. I like the light weight of the blade as well as the security that the hole 🕳 gives me. I do not like dropping my knives and the 🕳 allows me to work with blade in hand while secure on my finger. The holster design also allows for the draw to be more comfortable and easy. Perfect design for most of my blade usage needs at home or at work. Nice and sharp as well.

High quality blade at a great price
I bought both the Double Agent and Double Agent II and have been very satisfied with both. The carbon steel blades are STRONG and ship with a very respectable edge right out of the box. If you're looking for a self defense blade that almost can't be knocked out of your hand and is highly resistant to disarming techniques, I recommend you give these a look. Very light weight, can be carried as a neck knife or in just about any other way imaginable. The sheath is a very clever design and adds very little bulk. The release system is definitely different; you have to press in a button through the forward finger hole to release the blade. It's cumbersome at first, but can be mastered quickly with modest practice. If you intend to carry it for defense, YOU MUST practice this and master it FIRST. I like the Cold Steel blades for their combination of toughness, hardness, and ability to hold an edge, I have yet to be disappointed with one of their blades. Highly recommended...

Perfect, sharp little knife
A beautiful, sharp knife with a handle that fits right. Only problem is: they give you a necklace to hang it. But didn't give a small ring to let the knife sit flat on the chest. Perhaps manufacturer or engineering overlook. Otherwise, its great.

Double agent Karambit
As with all "Cold Steel" products, this knife is of excellent quality. It is very light, very sharp and fits my large hands quite well, I carry it as a necklace under my shirt, don't even know it is there & often I forget that I have it on. For me I use it solely as an emergency tool, my job takes me to some unsavory location & my company will not allow concealed firearms (even having a CCWC), this knife being in the style of the Indonesian Karambit is quite the deterent, yet should the need ever arise it will defend me quite well, the point is needle sharp & the edge is like a razor, I truly would not want to be on the receiving end.One last thing is the cost, it is very affordable & for the $ you receive an exceptional value, get one, you will not be sorry!

Sleek, stealthy and sinister!
The Double Agent Kerambit dagger from Cold Steel is a sleek and light weight knife - one of the lightest I possess currently... It was lot slimmer than what i expected from the image, however, it doesn't disappoint... The blade is strong and firm and the grip holds well in the palm... I prefer a reverse grip with this on, which is purely a personal choice... Coming to the functionality, this knife comes with a very sharp tip off the box and the edge is relatively sharp as well... The sheath is made of plastic and i am yet to ascertain its durability on the long run... The secure-ex locking holds the first ring within the sheath, so there are very minimal possibilities of this knife coming off the sheath... because of its slight build, it is easily concealable and good for carrying as an intimidating weapon for self defense. I really don't know how effective it would be to carry this in the neck, as I would personally carry it in a vest pocket or in the big cargo pants pockets.. This is my first kerambit style knife, and it is too early for me to judge this knife's merits in a combat/self defense situation... It may not be my first choice self defense weapon, for I am very much comfortable carrying my magnum push dagger for that purpose... however, while travelling to places where push daggers are illegal, i would definitely carry this kerambit in my coat/ long pant pockets as my protection blade... For the looks, stealth factor and the sturdiness of the blade, i would give this product a 5* rating...

A Little Large for Neck Knife, but Kabar TDI Belt Clip Fits the Sheath
Lightweight Karambit style fixed blade. Comes with Cold Steel's sturdy "push button", Secure-Ex sheath (plastic or kydex, not sure). Slender blade, but not too slender for hard use. Scales are molded around the tang, so they won't come off. As mentioned in title, I think this is a bit too large for a neck knife. However, the "Ka-Bar TDI Law Enforcement Belt Clip Md: 1480CLIP" fits this sheath, for boot(maybe) or belt carry. I attached a Ka-Bar TDI Belt Clip to the Secure-Ex sheath, and was able to secure it at three of the four screw attachment points of the clip. Ninety percent of the TDI clip is then covered by the Secure-Ex sheath. For the price, I think this is a great quality product.

Great knife. Terrible sheath.
I picked up this knife a few weeks ago. The knife itself is excellent; the grip is comfortable, and the knife just FEELS good. The problem is the sheath. The neck sheath design here is simply not feasible. 1) On me, the knife hangs right at my solar plexus. That's too far up on the body for a forward curved blade knife. It's almost impossible to draw the knife that far under a shirt without snagging clothes. The chain included needs to be longer. That would also let you wear it under your arm too. 2) The release button is hard to activate with one hand. It's easier with two hands (one to secure the sheath and one to draw the knife). That's not good design for you to have to bury both your hands under your shirt to reach a weapon. 3) The decision not to include a belt clip, or even a convenient place to mount a belt clip, was a poor one. In short, it's a great knife with a poor sheath.
