I work from home and have always used Panasonic Phone systems. I have always been disappointed with their quality. I use hands free and the sound was subpar. I tried to pair a headset it said it was compadible with and it would never pair. So frustrating to say the least. I didn't want to spend the money on a new system but I had no choice. I am so glad I spent the money!!!! It was so easy to set up and my customers can finally hear me. The hands free head set is amazing! I prefer the over the head option for the headset, it is so comfortable and adjustable. It does give you the option of the earhook which I might try out. They give you a total of 4 replacements just in case it breaks. Overall, I can't find anything negative to say about this system. Life in the office just got easier!

I love this phone! Sounds great. Easy to use. Bought more phones and they connect easy. I love the Bluetooth feature. I use it with my cell. When my cell rings and I'm away from it the phone rings differently so I know it's a cell call and you answer on the home phone. That is really cool!!! It has a cell button Seperate from home phone button to answer. And the headset is awesome to talk and do housework at the same time. Love it. Highly recommend! I don't understand why people say the directions are hard to understand they can't be any more easier. I had this phone working in minutes with the directions so I have no idea what people are reading or maybe they don't understand how to read directions. This phone is awesome. And if you want your cell to work with the phone you have to leave your Bluetooth on on your cell phone. If you don't have your Bluetooth turned on on your cell phone then you're not going to receive calls. This phone does not deserve anything less than 5 stars and reading some of the other comments I don't get it at all why anybody would give it less than 5. It's simple to hook up instructions can not be any more easier!!!!

The only item I don't like is the keys don't stay lite up while using it. I do like that I can add it to my cellphone so I never miss an important call. Plus I love the headset. That way my hands are free to clean, cook, do laundry or write without my neck getting kinked.

We are a small business and needed an office phone for day to day tasks without the complications of setting up a whole new phone system. These phones work well and are very convenient with the headset and cordless handhelds. We've been using them for about a month now and are happy with the quality, the look, the battery life, and the sound. Good product at a good price.

This is a terrible product. The phone works well but the headset is really bad It goes in and out and half of the time no 9ne can hear you. Waste of money considering I paid almost $100 for it. If I could return it I will. I think it comes with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty but I don't know what good that will do if it is going to be replaced with the same poorly made product .

I received the VTech DS6771-3 DECT 6.0 expandable system promptly after submitting my order. My ancient phone system had malfunctioned. I am unable to use my cell phone in every corner of my home and so required urgent replacement. The rapid delivery was great. Installation was quick and easy, and I was pleased to see it functioning as promised. Besides that, the sound is clearer than in the ancient system I had replaced. But … there are some problems: 1. The sealed package was incomplete. Although the cordless headset (or at least part of it) was included, the battery for it was not. It’s useless now. I find no way to order a single replacement battery for the cordless headset and choose not to spend the $40 for a new, separate one. I can’t return the whole system to Amazon for a replacement because that would leave me without a home phone for too long so I'm stuck with this incomplete system. 2. As I reported, my cell phone did connect easily. It will be a pleasure carrying around only one phone and having access to cell phone calls in remote corners of my basement. The contact list on my Samsung S10 cell phone, though, has failed all attempted downloads. Despite the promises, I’ll have to enter a contact list by hand. 3. Additional handsets requested on a separate order were planned for delivery today. I’ve learned now it might be delayed, potentially three more days. 4. The handsets cannot be renamed. I’m stuck remembering that #1 is the base system, #2 is the kitchen, the soon to come #3 will be the… and it goes on. I’ve had the system for only 2.5 days. I can’t attest to the durability and will modify this review if need be. As noted, the system’s OK but there are some problems. It is for this that I cannot give this purchase great review. If you don’t care about headsets, if you don’t mind entering contacts manually and if you don’t mind potential lengthy delays when ordering and waiting for additional handsets, this system is fine. If those are important, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great product for the money. Hooks up to a land line, has a headband to hook the earpiece bluetooth with as well, 2nd paired phone only needs power to recharge it somewhere in your home - this is a win win situation and also has an answer machine you may leave on or turn off. Highly recommended. It also bluetooths to your smart phone. What an all around solution for land lines.

Microphone on the headset stopped working in 8 months. Company replaced it and no charge…not even shipping

I cant believe this is as low cost as it is for everything it does. I did not know what to expect but wow. I don't even ever have time to write reviews but this item made me question why everyone doesn't have one. Links to your cell phone, has a Bluetooth headset with a head band, everything is rechargeable, awesome docking station, no need to carry my phone all over the house anymore, got 2 stationary phones that ring and are portable makes life super easy and even has its own answering machine and more features than I imagined. Vtech is an awesome company they always have been I wish I invested in them way back when they started cause I was already researching their company way back when thinking they made the best products.

last 2 decades I use UTech only due to good design and durability. This time the product come with defect not charging.

Received item and realised the secondary docking set not able to charge. Initially we thought it was the phone, but we swapped the phones with the one at base station and it was working. The docking station although phone showing it was charging, but it totally cannot charge. Now, for Amazon itself, when I click on "Return" it always seems to divert me to an error web page. My first purchase with Amazon, and not sure if there's going to be a second one. Not as user friendly to ask for refund or exchange, as compared to other shopping apps like aliexpress or shopee.
