Yummy
The can had a small dent but no big deal. It was great. I just washed the jackfruit then boiled it to soften. It pulled just like pork and with taco seasoning it was delicious.

Delicious, but way too expensive.
I tried this can of Jackfruit and it was my first time having any Jackfruit. It was delicious. I liked the texture better than canned Artichokes, and the taste was sweet. Maybe that's why it is called "fruit" because it has a slightly sweet, fruit taste to it. I just added a little Dash seasoning and ate it with rice. I will probably not order it again though, because it's expensive. I paid around $8.60 for a can. Canned Artichokes cost around $2.50 a can. If Jackfruit was the same price, I would eat Jackfruit on a regular basis, but I don't want to pay more than $2.50 a can. I'm guessing other brands are also expensive. It just must be an expensive item in general. Too bad it's not within my price range. UPDATE: I tried another brand that was cheaper but it tasted horrible. It's a shame that there are no affordable options for this product that also have good quality.

Love this!
This is delicious. Other than fresh, this is the only way I eat jackfruit. I make this into beefless stew along with other many other recipes

Great meat substitute
The six pack package arrived torn open, and four of the six cans were dented, and I was not able to get them replaced. The jackfruit, however, was very tasty in the vegan gumbo that I made with the two cans that were not dented.

Very Good Item
Very Good For Someone who is Vegan

I ordered two cans and one was severely dented. Denting causes the aluminum to leak so I couldn't use it.
