These run large
These run large. I wear a 6.5-7 women's and ordered a 6 mens. They were so large the mud sucked my boots off with no problem. And it sucked them off multiple times resulting in me inventing mud yoga. Thank God mud is good for your skin cause it was every where, including on my socks, which went inside my boots. Help was required in getting freed from the Swamp of Sadness, AKA, Trenton Solar.Good news was that I left my muddy boots in a buggy at work and a MAN stole them as they somehow fit his itty bitty "man" feet. Caught him wearing them the next work day. He scrubbed my name off the front but not the back. He didn't bring other shoes so I let him make it most of the day. Then I was leaving and made him come too since he can't work constriction with no boots. I took a tiny bit of pity on him and offered to sell them to him for $100, which he promptly paid. Apparently he too had struggled to find steel toe Muck boots that fit his ity bitty little "man" feet. I'd already ordered a pair of size 5, which fit perfectly. It was kind of a win-win.Moral of this story: order one size smaller and NEVER underestimate that there is a tiny man out there that can fit in your lady boots.

Instant comfort, but elastic way too tight on the calfs.
This is my 2nd pair, I purchased them because the first pair was so comfortable from the get go and the frist pair was no longer waterproof.Speaking of, the first pair had the metatarsal guard, but that came undone after a few months of wear, so I do not recommend buying those. This pair, just like the first one, was instantly comfortable on my feet and warm enough for temperatures at or below freezing. The only cons are: #1-the loops for your fingers to assist with pulling them on are on the inside of the boot...makes no sense to me, and #2 the elastic at the top is way too tight on my calfs (painful), so I roll the top down and hope that this stretches it over time.

Socks completely wet in two months
I work at the stables and bought these to wear. I noticed not long after wearing them that my left heel was starting to get wet. It progressively got worse and now only after wearing them for two months part time, both feet get completely wet.Someone else at my stable said the same thing about her muck boots which she got a tractor supply store.I think if you pay more and buy them directly from Muck Boots, they have a good warranty. I have to look into that because other than that they are very comfortable but it MUST be waterproof!!!

Used for years
We have used these boots for years, always buying from local stores as need be. As time goes on, we buy more and more online. Mainly due to the inability to find the correct size at brick and mortar stores as well as it takes 5 minutes to order and wait for delivery. I mean, why else would we be using Amazon. :)The boots are typical though I think the toes are a little snug in the steel toe version. So I make sure to go up a 1/2 size or even a full size. Working in them all day is hard on the arches. I usually always buy a pair of insoles and swap out the originals. Making the wearing experience much better. We keep buying these boots. Clearly, we believe in the boot and the craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our work, we go through a pair far more quickly than a typical user would. That's no fault of the boot, so nothing deducted there.

very comfortable, but leaked on first dAay of use.
These boots are very comfortable for being rubber boots and the size is true to fit for me. I wear size 11 in Danner, Duluth, Aldo, and casual Nike shoes (except Nike running shoes I have to go 11.5)The **ONE STAR** is due to the fact they leaked on the very first day I used them. I was wearing them for about 5 hours in a light on/off rainy day and was standing in puddles no longer than 2 minute increments every 30 minutes over a 5 hour period. These puddles were less than 3 inches deep so I never had the boot submerged in water passed the rubber piece just above the outer sole. The boots are comfortable enough to where I am giving them a second chance and getting another pair sent to me. I don't mind them leaking after awhile and replacing them, but leaking on the first day for me or in other consumers cases leaking within several weeks to a few months in ridiculous for the price the boots cost.

Great! I am an archaeologist and use these when working in muddy conditions, typically in pastures. I wouldn't recommend these if you need to hike or walk long distances, however. I bought my normal size (women's 7) and they are a bit long and wide- I think this is because they are unisex. If you have small and narrow feet like me I would recommend getting 0.5-1 size smaller.

the sole of the boots is thinner than i would like
the soles of these boots are much thinner than i would like, here in las vegas, the heat goes right up through the thin sole of the boot, i have had these before (non steel toe) the sole were much thicker on those, i "presumed" they would be the same with the steel toe boots, they were not. in the cooler seasons they will be open, but i will need to get another steel toe boot for the summer months here in vegas.

I'd been having some issues with my footwear (I work in the oilfield) so I bought these hoping they'd be really great, as I'd seen a lot of other guys wearing them. I will say that they are very comfortable, especially for being a rubber boot, and fit very well! However, they don't seem to be particularly more durable than much cheaper boots as it started splitting/tearing out in places in less than six months. While that may be good for "heavy use", in my particular job, it's mostly just a bit of walking around and wading through water on occasion, so I was quite disappointed with their durability. The upper fabric/nylon/whatever part helps with circulation a little but is not waterproof of course, so don't jump out in deep water with them.

Sturdy Boot
Sturdy boot, and warm. However I had to go a size up and wear a welly boot sock to make them fit as the size down was too small. They just about lasted 2 winters (I don't wear wellies in the summer months) before they both split right along the top of the steel toe. I still give them a high rating as they are a good quality safety boot, and I don't know any make of wellie boots that last more then a couple of winters everyday wear!

Loved them!
Arrived on time. Extremely comfy and surprisingly light weight. I've been out walking all day in the freezing cold and my feet were the warmest part of my body. Not sure what they will be like to wear in the summer, but would definitely recommend so far! After a few months of wearing these the seal around the bottom has come off and they leak, disappointed as I expected more for the price.

Do not last
This was a replacement for a faulty pair and these have split again in the same place. Would like another replacement even though out of any guarentee period
