My fact loving child just loves this book! There are not a lot of words per page—it is not a descriptive/teaching book, but it definitely gives extraordinary facts!!

Keeps 9-year olds interested in learning about the different topics. Books are beautiful to look at, but oh-so-heavy, which makes them cumbersome to handle and carry around.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys any of the books put out by National Geographic. They are fun and engaging to young readers while also teaching them things that they don't know. Highly recommend these books to others with children interested in the subjects that are presented within the books.
