Very good ginger, strong fine flavor and wonderful aroma
Excellent value. Good strong ginger. Beautiful aroma, fresh flavor. Must be ground for baking or in a sachet for flavoring soups and sauces, but as is, it makes wonderful tea (lime and sugar in mine!) for upset stomach or mixed with black tea for breakfast. Good buy!

2 lbs is a huge bag, but a decent buy.
The taste and quality to me seems excellent. Very potent, wonderful ginger. Lg bag, but I think it can keep very well in a jar with tight fitting lid.

They repeal mosquitoes
The cloves are perfect for steeping and cooking but most important is that they seem to repeal mosquitoes. They were all whole and very nice looking in size, color, smell, appearance and quality.

Nicely packaged and well dried ginger pieces. They are perfect of making tea or concentrated tea for flavoring. Packaged with a good seal. Arrived without problems.

The first time I made it I made it to strong then I decided to follow the directions for making it. So perfect! Love the taste and how it tastes so fresh.
