We're proud to offer you the very best pennywhistle (penny whistle, tin whistle, etc.) case on the market. We've sized this case a bit large for the standard-octave C and D whistles, so it will fit your two-piece low D whistles just fine.As an added bonus (or as a primary purpose to the case, depending on what you play!) this case also fits most Native American Flutes. The photo shows a variety of C and D whistles, plus a B minor flute. (The whistles and flute shown are for demonstration purposes only, and are not included with your carrying case purchase.)This exceptional tin whistle carrying case has six pockets for instruments. You can easily put two or three whistles in a single pocket. With three pockets on each side of the case, we've added a padded divider in the middle of the case, just so your instruments don't scratch each other when the case is closed. The case will lay flat when opened on all three sides, so your instruments are fully accessible for ease of use. There's a pocket on the outside of the case for small accessories, and there are two small (flat) pockets inside the case as well.A shoulder strap is included with your whistle/flute carrying case. This case is handmade in Woodburn, Indiana in the Folkcraft Instruments workshop. We use the best quality zippers (#10 size - the big, sturdy zipper for long life, made by the YKK company), a coated polyester fabric to keep the water out, and high density open-cell foam for superior impact and thermal protection.Best of all, this case stands alone (it has handles, of course!), but it also will attach to any of our rigid dulcimer cases. If you have one of our rigid cases, you've noticed all of the extra D rings on the front and sides of the case. This flute/whistle bag is designed to attach easily to your dulcimer case. We've shown a series of photos that show this case attaching to Folkcraft owner Richard Ash's dulcimer case. Everywhere that Richard (or you!)

Great Bag: Big enough for a Chieftain V5 low D.
Love this bag. It’s big enough to fit my Chieftain V5 low D, but that’s probably the biggest whistle you’ll get in there.I currently have a high D, mezzo A, two Bb whistles, and a low F, and low D with room to spare for more keys. The bag is well constructed with durable fabric and thread, and the zipper is also good quality. The pad in the middle is nice for extra protection of the instruments, and there’s a nice big pocket for any other miscellaneous items. Stitching came a little loose in one area, but not in any way that affected the function of the bag.

All sizes of flutes and whistles
This bag can carry just about any sized flute and whistle, and many of them. My largest instrument is the Native American Flute at 24 inches. It fits, but barely, so it does not have the protection of padding on the ends. I can fit a two section bamboo flute in the large pockets, and the bag is wide enough to hold small instruments in the small inner pockets. Th eouter pocket is roomy and can hold folded 8.5x11 inch paper and songbooks.

Well Made
The case is a bit large for what I need it for so if there had been dimensions posted, I probably wouldn't have bought it. However, it's well made and I use it to carry my selection of tin whistles. I don't have any use for the outside pocket but I like the shoulder strap.

Great bag, durable
Great bag, durable, plenty of room for multiple flutes - I take toys giggin every Friday night and the adjustable shoulder strap accommodates the trip and my friends (flutes) in a most convenient way. Glad I purchase this bag as added protection for my most precious companions.
