Top notch
Riktigt bra elastiskt band. Mellan motstånd och inte speciellt tjockt, vilket är bra. Använder det främst till att stretcha och rotera axlar genom att haka fast det runt något. Använt det från och till i ett par år i samband med träning och det håller ännu.

The quality of the band is very good at a reasonable price! The light band has a thickness of 0.5 cm so it won't snap easily through intense stretches like overhead squats.

Good quality but not light enough for me.
The quality is very good, no doubt. The reason it didn’t get full stars is because it is NOT suitable for beginners. It is not as LIGHT as expected.
