Este celular es una excelente opción para Cuba. Viene desbloqueado e incluye cargador, protector del cristal y funda. Que mas puedo pedir!!! 100% recomendado.

After an year, battery is dead
This is great phone for simple use. Normal face recognation, fingerprint reader and camera. Good sensor and good screen quality. It's great that case and screen guard is included. Phone works very good, not very fast but you won't notice it is slow. Also there is one bad thing, it doesn't support 4G bend 20. Would be great if blue adds it in his phones. Overall, I like it. UPD: After an year, battery is dead. Such a waste of money.

Bad phone
I bought 3 of this phones for my family in Cuba. The first one in less than 2 months using it, the battery swollen up. A new battery was installed and it worked for a while and one day went off. The second overheating all the time and stopped working. The last one is still working but every now and then my nephew has to turn it off and restart it again. No even a year since I purchasing them.

Phone worked fine for a while until the batter failed
Phone worked fine for a while until the battery got swollen to a point where I couldn't even place the back cover. Contacted Blu product support. They initially asked me to send out the phone without the battery. Not sure if it was removable or not, but now is no longer feasible to try to remove without risking a leakage and/or explosion. They then asked to ship out the entire phone. Escalated my call and the supervisor re-assured me that the explosion already happened internally and she said they have received even worst batteries than that. I refused to ship out because I still think it may rupture or be a fire risk and decided to close the RMA. Will e-cycle the phone and no longer purchase BLU products after being a client years ago when I started buying their phones from Fry's electronics and Best Buy.

love the phone!!! BUT, the battery lasts an average of maybe 12 hours
like I said, phone is fantastic, but the battery only lasts about 12 hrs.
