will the wax seal work for regular mail through the post office if you pay the extra costor just given by hand ?

I sent my Valentines with the seal and had no issues with USPS. Using the directions- there wasn’t an over abundant amount of wax to cause trouble in the machines.

Is the stamp interchangeable with other letter stamps? Meaning does the disc unscrew and usable with alphabet stamps?
