Heavy duty cups for sure. Heat based so took a little getting used to but we prefer this traditional method over silicone suction. Kit has everything you need to do cupping at home!

I’ve tried it numerous of times the cups just won’t suction on. I’ve tried wiping alcohol inside around the glass then lighting, placing a small cotton in stiff and lighting it and using the Cotton swab lite nothing worked. Any suggestions, the edge of the cup is round instead of flat.
