- Color Fetish Matte Lipstick (Sensual)

Beautiful color, smooth application, doesn't run or Crack. I love Milian products, tgey work well with the skin, wear nice and don't make me break out.

I loved this lipstick; it's matte but creamy, and has a vibrant color that makes my lips stand out. Since I bought them, they've been one of my favorites, and I'll definitely buy them again.

The lipstick was a tad bit damaged but I do not have an issue with that. It didnt look used and it was sealed. Now, for the lipstick itself, it has become my daily driver. It is great for south asian brown skinned girlies. The perfect muted nude especially for someone like me who has pigmented lips. It goes on very nice and comfortable on the lips, doesnt accentuate lip lines and feels very similar to mac's powder matte lipsticks. It lasts as long as any other lipstick. Definitely fades when you eat but again, not a deal breaker for me since I can just apply it again. All in all, it is definitely a great lipstick on the budget.

My review for this order is not based on the product quality, rather the fulfillment of my order. In order to give a fair review of the product itself, let me start by saying this Milani lipstick is a great value. It is a very good quality lipstick without the high end price point. If you are looking for a matte lipstick that is true to a matte finish without the typical dry texture of other matte lipsticks, you will love this. The color is beautiful and its creamy texture makes it easy to apply, while still retaining a matte finish. Now, on to the reason for my poor review. I ordered a quantity of two of these lipsticks to stock up because I love this particular brand as well as the color and creamy matte texture. One of the two was in perfect shape, while the second was clearly damaged at some point in the warehouse BEFORE it was even packed for shipment. I don’t understand why Amazon does not have a better system in place to ensure the item is in good condition before it is shipped. This is the second time this has happened to me with orders placed in last two months. It is a waste of time and effort to have to call and/or send items back due to damage NOT caused in transit, but clearly damaged IN THE WHEREHOUSE so it should not have been shipped in the first place! The outer packaging was intact and in good shape upon arrival. The lipstick, however had clearly been tampered with. To start with, the safety seal was broken. Please see below photo of the two lipsticks side by side (one with safety seal intact, and one without). Upon removing the cap, one could clearly see that the lipstick had been smashed into the inside of the cap, destroying the tip of the lipstick.

I needed this color for a wedding and was not able to order from the website and receive the product in a timely manner. Lipstick received in perfect timing and the color is just what I was looking for. Unfortunately I did receive a damaged lipstick, as if the lipstick had been turned up and cap was put back on without twisting lipstick all the way back down. Lipstick was not sealed. Price was right and since I need it, I am keeping it. I used a lipstick brush to scoop out what was in the cap for trying out purposes. And again for the price, it’s a great lipstick. Color is deep and bright, moisturizing and not drying after being on lips for a few hours. It also stains the lips and I like this. Overall, though I would like perfection but what is perfect anymore. It is a bit concerning when a product is not sealed and looks like it was tampered with, but with time not in my side this week before an out of state wedding, I need to deal with what I have. It’s not drying and provides a moist, rich color pay off. I do recommend though buyer beware.

If you're looking for a true dark brown lipstick, this is NOT that. This has a red undertone to it; the container it comes in, is darker than the lipstick. The color is okay, and it has a smooth velvety feel on your lips. From a previous purchase, I'm completely satisfied with the dark brown gloss by Rimmel London Stay Glossy, but I was searching for an affordable dark brown lipstick as well. Maybe one day I'll luck upon the right color. (GBenson; 06/03/25)
