I was a bit worried because of some of the negative reviews but I am happy with this product. It is quite good as an additional resistance exercise. I use it when watching TV 😆. It’s not a replacement for gym equipment obviously but you still need to use a little bit of strength and so for me it does the job and for the price it really is not bad at all.

Looks just like the picture. Easy to use & its got good tension, it's sturdy but its soft enough for a good few repetitions that it's not hurting you. I'm happy with this choice following some bits of research. Thumbs up 👍 from me

Only gets 4 stars as slips when using between thighs but other than that works well

No resistance at all. Absolute rubbish and a waste of money. The best thing about it was when I gave it away.

I preferred the design of this compared to the foam arm & thigh toners, as it looked more comfortable. However, I think foam is what it needs to stay in place. I found the toner doesn't stay very well so I'm having to adjust it quite often.
