Fixed my stick drift issues.
Firstly I would like to say, YES this requires SOLDERING, the thumb sticks are not hot swappable they are soldered in. Ideally a hot air soldering station and a soldering iron would be beneficial and makes the job a lot easier.Great kit for the price, I had insane stick drift on the right thumb stick, bought this kit and got to work.It comes with all the bits as shown in the listing, I only used the pick shaped pry tool to pop off the front trim plate on the dualsense, the rest of the screws were removed using my own screwdriver. You have to unsolder 8 wires to get the main board out and then remove the thumb caps and get to work on unsoldering the stick/s.I used a hot air soldering station to remove the thumb-stick set to 350 degrees Celsius and medium to low air flow, just make sure that you use a thick kitchen foil first and wrap this around all the areas of the board that you don't want to melt as there are some plastic connecting ports for ribbon cables that will melt easily at hight temps. It only took a minute to heat the board up and pull the thumb-stick off, while the board was still hot and the solder was still liquid I pushed the new thumb-stick into place and let it cool off (blow some air on it as it solidifies quickly) I then used a normal soldering iron and leaded solder to make sure the pins where connected to the PCB firmly before cleaning it all off with some IPA. Put the controller back together soldered the 8 wires back into place slapped the battery back on and closed the housing up, connected the controller to my PC and checked that it was working with an online controller tester, it was working perfectly and has been for several days with one of my kids hammering Fortnite on it and no issues so far.For the price its highly recommended as it is cheaper than buying a new one, but if you don't have the soldering tools then add that as an extra cost you can buy kits for around £35-45.Skill level required 2/10 its not difficult and it does not require mental soldering skills.

Good quality joystick but terrible thumbsticks and caps
The replacement joysticks seem to be good quality and have so far lasted as long as the stock DualSense ALPS sticks. The provided thumbsticks and caps however are not great, the material of the thumbsticks wears away very quickly leaving black residue and rubber balls over the controller, the caps do not stay well attached and overall are of very poor quality.

Quality same as original controller
I had a drifting sticker and managed to fix it using this kit. Quality and look is almost identical to original thing. Rubber feels exactly the same. Just a precaution, you need to solder it in and out, buying just this won't fix drifting.

Need soldering skills, and a solder gun.
These do not just click in, and out. Need soldering skills gun and a very steady hand by the looks of things.
