Cayenne Pepper

Great product—lol, I clearly did not pay attention to the size when ordering. Six pounds is way more than we need for normal home use. That said, the quality is excellent. The cayenne is fresh, potent, and exactly what you’d expect from a high-heat powder. Cayenne has many health benefits and works well for daily use in small amounts. If you use cayenne often or need it in bulk, this is a great buy. Just be sure to check the size before ordering!

I use this to keep the varmints off our plants. They do not like the taste, so they move on.

We have not complaints about the product. Well-packaged, high-quality, and extremely good value. We fill our own capsules, and have not had time to see results yet, but with 6 lbs. of cayenne powder, we will certainly not be lacking for a long time!

I bought this cayenne pepper specifically to add to my chickens’ feed to help prevent parasites, and they absolutely love it! It’s a great value for the quantity and seems to be very effective. The only downside is the packaging — it’s not the most durable or convenient for long-term storage. If you plan to transfer it into a jar or sealed container, then I would highly recommend this product. But if you’re thinking of keeping it in the original bag, you may want to reconsider. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would definitely buy it again. It’s a simple, natural addition to our chicken care routine, and the quality of the product itself is excellent.

The title says it all. Cayenne Pepper sprinkled over the soil where you planted your annuals will keep your dogs out. It's such a lifesaver this product should be listed under dog supplies. I don't know who tipped me to this initially, but after over 20 years of owing dogs while gardening, it was a revelation. Because dogs lead with their noses, they just won't go there and also seem to continue the aversion. This is a nice big package, with a zip seal that works well. Initially, your sprinkled pepper will be bright orange-red, but fades to brownish and lasts until watering or rain. My dogs are most interested in new planting but if for some reason their interest is renewed, perhaps by wildlife, I just add another sprinkle. I've added a picture of my basset hound displaying her disinterest in my garden. It's a miracle.

I've purchased many items from this company for several years now. So even though this is a lot of cayenne pepper, I wanted to give it a try because it is such a great price in bulk. I also wanted to try in my garden as well to repel insects, deer, and bunny rabbits. This pepper has a great taste. It is a lovely bright red, and it is pungent. It is also a bit spicier, hotter than other brands I've used. But I'm thrilled that our family loves it. Now I have to see what the wildlife thinks.

It's a very large bag and I thought seem to be a very good product to me. We did purchase this to deter armadillos. My husband came and put it out but he almost put the whole bag and he didn't mix it with water either. Armadillo came back the next night after. So the next time we mixed it with the water, dishwashing liquid sprayed it on and no armadillos for at least a week. Well one did come back and only rooted for a little while in some other places. Not where we sprayed. If one of them comes back we will respray. We had a large sprayer mixed it with a good bit of cayenne pepper for the gallons and some dish soap and was easy to spray. Just had to clean out the machine. Hope this continues.
