Can these be used on toolpro brand stilts?

If it uses single calf straps than why not...

Have anyone used it on the 64

Mine are 30” but they will work the same way, absolutely an improvement over straps. Much more secure and comfortable. They make walking with stilts much .easier

Can l use the strap to wrap feets instead of legs ?

There is not a way to attach the strap to the stilt if you are using it on your feet, but there is a long panel of velcro that would secure the strap around your foot and the stilt, so you may be able to get this to work. It obviously isn't guaranteed or recommended for this application, but on the positive side, if you aren't satisfied with the way it works on your feet, you will still have a superior set of straps for your legs.
