Great to keep headset going
Worked perfectly to be able to replace just the USB and not full headset

Poorly designed dongle
This is very breakable in a laptop bag. Unlike Logi dongles. This one has a flat plastic end that sticks out and can easily fold/crack.

Pay good money for the headset and the USB transmitter dies in 15 months, just out of warranty.Price the make us pay is unreasonable - should be better qualityUnfortunately, most of these type of items have same issue - Made in China
