I bought this frame in white, to frame a beautiful Purple Iris puzzle I had finished. It was easy to insert the puzzle and looks beautiful on the wall. It is lightweight and easy to hang, but is of a good quality and great price. The plastic "glass" does not distract from the puzzle, but will protect it from dust.

Beautiful, high quality, and very easy to use. Pins on the backside along the frame help secure the placement and adjust for any thickness from portrait to puzzle, and all possible options for hanging are ready-made. The metal frame doesn't call attention to itself, a perfectly subtle frame for the thing it holds.

Great frame for my jigsaw puzzle. Repeat buyer - have purchased 2 black frames and 1 natural. I don't know why the brown frame costs more, but the colors I bought were perfect for my puzzles. I like that it includes a reversal background paper - one side is white and the other black which is ideal if your puzzle is smaller than the exposed area. The clear plastic front appears glued in place and is a nice thickness and will keep my puzzle dust free. I did seal my wooden puzzle front and back. The frame was deep enough for my wooden puzzle and I estimate that the pieces are the same thickness as the cardboard kind. There is a cardboard insert that you can place in back of your puzzle and the backing piece has two hangars so the frame can be hung on a wall vertically or horizontally. Overall I like the look of the frame. It holds all the layers securely with metal tabs. The only negative for me is that it is made in China although the "manufacturer" is located in the USA. This is the only place that I found that offers the size frame I needed at a somewhat affordable price. The frames were packaged well so no damage in shipping.

The frame seems to be good quality. It was easy to frame an 18 x 24 puzzle. However, the frame had a dent along the upper edge. This probably occurred during shipping, even though the frame was well packed. Buyer beware.

This is a very nice frame! The puzzle fit perfectly. This frame is heavy and very well made.

It does not fit as described. I’ve attached pictures directly from the box the frame came in, the puzzle it’s self, and how it does not fit. This was a very expensive frame and the plexiglass is glued to the frame. It’s very disappointing to get the puzzle in- squeeze it to get it to fit snugly the long way and then have it miss by nearly 3/8”. I have to return it because it is not worth $36

The measurement of 20"x27" is correct. If your puzzle is a 1/16th inch larger, it won't fit. I had to trim my puzzle with a scissors to make it fit. So, measure your puzzle carefully. It is well packed and a quality frame.

The frame arrived fine but upon opening up the back, the frame cracked in 2 spots.

Es muy fácil colocar distintos tamaños gracias a una lámina de fondo negro/blanco. La tapa trasera es robusta y queda bien ajustada.
