Comes empty with powder and you add water. Used cool box was still cold 72 hours later.

Leaking right after filling them up
The media could not be loaded. I was hoping these would be ready to use for our farmers market this coming weekend. Went to fill them up as per the instructions, but 4 of the 8 we bought have a steady leak right at the spout where the bag folds in. They seem like a good idea, but not sure the quality (and potentially the durability) is there. Would not trust them next to food if they leak.
