This Toto bidet was recommended by a brother and sister who love it. I was skeptical but decide to give it a try. It is amazing! We use it all the time and feel nice and clean. From the seat warmer, to the variable water temperature, this accessory is worth every penny. The quality and functionality are very nice and we are using less toilet paper. Note: you must have a 110 volt electrical outlet with a dedicated breaker available.(Sorry about the glare in the pictures.

Love it. Toto is the king of washlet. First the packing is very sturdy - using thick cardboard to product the washlet; Second it comes with all the parts that you need to install the washlet. No need to buy any items. Installation is extremely easy. Forth the design is elegant yet extremely functional with proper options including water pressure, temperature, and energy saving mode. Love it! Love it!

After traveling to Japan and experiencing their bidets, we knew we had to bring that same comfort back home — and this Toto washlet doesn't disappoint. Installation was surprisingly easy and it fit our Toto toilet bowl perfectly. We have 2, so we bought 2.The controls are straightforward, the warm water spray feels great, and it makes everyday use so much more comfortable and hygienic. It’s one of those upgrades you don’t realize you need until you try it. The build quality feels solid, and it blends right in with the bathroom instead of looking bulky. Not to mention, its saved us a lot of money from toilet papers and clogged toilets!If you’ve ever wanted the same experience you get in Japan hotels or homes, this is about as close as it gets. A simple luxury that quickly feels essential.

easy to install, fits our toilet perfectly. The seat warming function is very nice to have especially in the winter months.The only thing it’s there no drying option.

This is a basic washlet unit that works well without many bells and whistles in other higher-end models. It is simple to operate and does everything I want to accomplish. The installation was fairly easy. I have another fancier unit that operates with a remote control, which runs out of batteries all the time. If I have to buy another one in the future, I would get the basic unit without the remote control again. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Functions exactly as described. Installation was easy. Instructions are helpful for those features, like deodorizing, that require operating multiple buttons. Would purchase again and recommend to others.i

This is a brilliant piece of work and is much better than our separate bidet toilet that this replaced. The seating with this installed is slightly angled forward and the size of the opening is slightly smaller than the Toto toilet on which this was installed. But the cleaning, warmth, and all other functions are really very good. I'm impressed, and I am not easily impressed. This is NOT plastic junk from some eastern factory that churns out much of the garbage thru which we have to sift. It is a quality product. Installation requires that you purchase a separate valve-to-toilet fitting hose, which does not come with this package. Otherwise, follow the instructions and you will be fine.

My Washlet worked great for 10 months. When it stopped working the company sent me a box to return it from repair under warranty. I did and waited for my repaired Washlet. But now they said it was damaged from a power surge and want $200 to repair it. I live in South Georgia with Georgia Power as my expensive power provider. We have thunder storms all the time. If they can't add some safety devices in front end of their power input then you do not want one of these. (plus after spending $200 the warranty still expires at the original 12 period, another month!)
