PS12000

Took some effort to fit it in the bumper of my 2024 Colorado ZR2 Bison. I had to buy longer wires to connect the winch to the control head and reorient the end of the winch with the clutch handle. Do your measurements first to ensure you can make it fit. Testing afterwards proved the winch functions properly with both the Bluetooth and direct connect controls.

I was little worried about how it’s going to fit into my bumper at first, but it turns out to be a perfect fit with its low profile design. To me synthetic cable is a must, saves a lot of weight and much safer. I had a few test pulls so far and it works just fine. I will try to update on how it’s performing over time.

The winch seems to be a good buy. Used it pulling my Jeep and another truck stuck in the snow. PROBLEM is the wireless remote. Amazon admits it's a problem. They, amazon gave me a link to contact the seller and have contacted them on 3 occasions and have had no response!!!In plane simple language the sellers customer service sux!!!

I've used it a handful of times. It hardly grunts pulling a 2006 crown vic onto a car hauler going over ramps that had a 3 inch lip it had to pull it up and over.Like a lot of other reviews I can't get the wireless controller to work at all.

Obviously with a product like this, you can’t really write a review of its function until you have to use it in a real life situation. In a way, I hope I never have to use it. The instructions were ok, and installation went fine. I did have an issue with the wireless remote, but a quick email to the company resulted in them shipping replacement parts which I received in a couple of days. So, 10 stars for customer service if you should need it.

I only used it to test it out after I installed it. When I needed it. it stopped working. It will power out but will not power back in. Wish I could get some support

Value for the money a 12k winch at $300 is a steal. I was debating of getting a VR 10K warn winch but after finding out they are made in China decided to go with this one since it's made in China as well. Was easy to install, comes with all the hardware. The hard part was using a universal mount to sit it in my bumper. But all the wiring was easy. Had to modify my grille a bit as well but turned out great. Will be doing a video on my YouTube @theazcruiser on IG, Facebook and YouTube if you wanna see more.

The hardware was missing/poor quality. The screws to hold the control box were missing(M6x 16mm), and the mounting bolts are only grade 8.8(grade 5 sae).Other than that it works, i haven't given it a real life pull test yet though.It does include the mounting plate for the box, the description is unclear on this. The mounting holes are off by approximately 6mm, that is why they invented drills I guess.Bottom line, it seems like a good winch, with minor glitches like the missing bolts, wrong hole spacing, cheap hardware
