Seriously, Dell?
We bought a few of these for out business to field remote workers' needs. It wasn't until after we bought them that we realized they didn't even come with built in mics or webcams as advertised, but the best part is the constant power issues they have. Every single one of these that we bought have quickly had issues powering on. Sometimes it doesn't like turning on with anything with a USB device plugged in, sometimes it will flash error messages in the BIOS so fast I can't see, then refuse to turn on for like 30 mins. There's always something wrong with them. Being that they've all been functionally useless to us though, I can't in good conscience rate these higher than a 1. I really can't. Look for something else.We always have trouble with Dell products- whether it's the general quality of the device or the bloatware they stuff in all of their machines, we've gone in the direction of HP the past year or so and have been much happier that way. Hope this helps someone.
