This foam was great to work with. I needed a larger than standard size to fit my new Klein Mod Box tool boxes and this product was great. It is layered, so getting an even finish was easy. It also cuts very easily. I would definitely reccomend this product to anyone who is looking to organize their tools. Cheaper than the competition and worked great.

I bought it for my work equipment. This product cut better then expected. I was able to trace out the lines and cut the pattern and the depth quite easily. For that, my test equipment sits in there perfectly. All at the right depth to keep them in place as I move around to work stations. I would highly recommend this product if you want a very organized tool chest.

This is a very dense foam, exactly perfect for a toolbox, tool wall, or wherever you need durable protection for various items. I bought it to put to put in drawers where I can keep my more sensitive or easily damaged woodworking tools and measuring devices so they don’t roll around in the drawers where they can get damaged. I also like the way it keeps things nice and organized and, it looks freak’n cool. I bought the 2” panels that are a group of 1/8” individual panels that are glued together. The idea is that you cut out the foam as deep as you need for each item, then simply pull out as many of the 1/8” layers until you achieve the depth you want for each item. The problem is that THE 1/8” LAYERS ARE GLUED TOGETHER COMPLETELY SO IT’S ACTUALLY A 2” SOLID FOAM BLOCK!!! You have to try to pull out as much foam as you need for each piece to the depth you want which is challenging and, when you’ve reached the depth you want, the bottom is a very rough surface that loos like sh*t. When the tool is in its place, it looks great, but when you remove the tool for use, it looks like a child simply pulled chunks of foam out of the space. I tried to take my time to make it look good, but nothing I did helped. Perhaps if spent an hour on the bottom of each cutout, I could have made it look better, but I was out of patience. I really like the foam as it’s the best type of foto use, but I’m not sure if I’ll keep it or try another brand.
