This product has been a life saver after sustaining a work injury.. easy to apply even in difficult to reach places, not having to rub the product in, makes it even better.Would highly recommend and good vaule for money.

I get tension in my shoulders and neck from stress which often causes really painful muscle spasms. Ibuprofen gel, deep heat, etc. don’t help, so I typically need a prescription from my GP. I came across this and decided to give it a try not expecting anything - I am beyond impressed! It made it so I could move again and within a few days I was completely back to normal!The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because it actually isn’t possible to reach and use on the back properly. It also does have a smell as I noticed other reviews commenting on this. I haven’t tried other tiger balm products before so I can’t compare it, but personally I didn’t find it to be too overwhelming or a problem.

Love this, it's a great product and really helps with pain. Not messy, dries really quickly and easy to apply. I'll definitely be getting some more!

easy to use, not as much relief of pain as I'd hope and strong smell

Bought for my 4168m trek up Mount Toubkal- amazing stuff! Used it on my knees and lower back - i would definitely recommend it.

Work out with weights everyday, so I often get a muscle pull. The balm is easy to use and it’s relieves the discomfort.Weight training g is designed to tear muscles, and as they repair they get large and stronger. The balm helps, really helps, with any muscle that’s causing pain.

The fact there is an applicator like a roll on means you can hit the right spot. Also save you wasting lotion by getting it on your hands. The smell is ok and doesn’t linger. Bought to ease shoulder and neck pain. Not sure about the effectiveness as only used a couple of times.
