Faulty product
Substandard product and there is no company support. It has stopped working within a year of installation. Absolute scrap and better to buy Indian brands and not the Chinese ones. They are just cheap and stop working after sometime.

Good quality, amazing seller
Product is really good, genuine Hikvision DVR and cameras. All other items as described. The hard disk I received is a brand Geonix, don't know if it is a good brand. The SMPS received was not working, contacted the seller directly, send a replacement immediately. Otherwise everything went smooth, worked like a charm. Couple of notes, 1) the DVR model does not have WiFi firmware support. Contacted pramahikvision, they said wifi firmware is not yet available for the model. Some pressure from sellers may help them enable the same. 2) please check the SMPS first, I made the mistake of installing everything first, but the seller was good enough to replace just the SMPS. Better check it first that you get the option to replace everything without troubling the seller.

Nice pack but three cameras not working ,need urgent replacement .
Nice quality product , especially Night vision clear . But unfortunately out of eight cameras , three cameras not working ,need replacement of three cameras

4MP not 5MP
It's not 5MP in real you get 4MP pic as the DVR is 4MP. HDMI cable wasn't working so had to buy another one

Not Good, Wrong or low-quality product delivered.
Not good. Provided wrong product, it was supposed to be 5MP, please see the screenshot where I am trying to read the bike number plate by zooming. I've seen 5MP cctv cameras and this is NOT it. I did not get much help from the supplier either. Amazon was not able to help either because I found this issue after the return date was over.

HDD and Cable were very cheap and bamaged
Only cameras are good , all other items provided with this compo were very bad quality.for me hdd was not recording and showing error, I sent it to seller for replacement. Cables were very bad and instalation technitian advised me to use good one.camera quality is average, Live view is only 5mp and recording you can see only 2mp quality
