Works well
Works well with my radio. Would be even better if the cord was couple of inches longer for my height, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Not ideal
Used it on my first night in my new job and it stopped working within 3 hours. No wires stretched nothing caught of anything. Completely stopped working after my first use

The microphone does NOT work.
When I speak into the mic, it is muffled.No one can make out what I say.The earpiece is a perfect fit. I wish there was a single jack earing only one of these

Waste of money...
Absolute waste of money, bought this for my weekend job. Earpiece kept falling out of my ear and could not make out what anyone was saying. Used one shift and binned waste £££
