Just Awesome!
I got this to do curls and squats with bands, which are way too long for floor level. Was using something not designed for appropriate weght capacity. This is solid as a rock, and easy to adjust height levels. I am 6'3" and without shoes, my head does not hit the ceiling. A perfect work-around. These bands are all either too long or too short. This is the answer for my low budget home gym. Get it. It is heavy, but built like a tank, and yes; it came assembled. Just perfect.

COMES ASSEMBLED! SOLID PLYO BOX!!
Very pleased! Wavered on purchasing a standard wood box vs. this one because I was concerned about stability, but I'm really glad I picked this box. It arrived fully assembled and it is solid as a rock. This is a nice, heavy piece of equipment, weighs about 50#. Well worth the money. Bonus points over a standard wood box because you can flip it over and nest stuff in it when it's not in use. Space-saving. 🙌

Very sturdy
Solid, sturdy, and I love that it came fully assembled. A bit heavy, but that's not a negative. Just a heads up. Great product.

Great quality,
Made of high quality materials, very sturdy and looks great. The landing pad is a little smaller than the rogue box, so you need to focus more on where you are jumping. The smaller size makes it easy to store when not in use. Glad I got this for my home gym!

Worse workout equipment I have very bought
Way to narrow to jump on unless your a child. Hard to put together and very heavy. Worse workout equipment I have very bought. Wish I could return it but that would require taking it apart which I dont have the time for. Now I have a very expensive single leg squat or step up box. Hate it.

Amazing box, crappy assembly
If this were already put together and given to me, I would give this a solid five stars. This thing is a beast; it's sturdy, well built, and overall a great addition to any home gym. The packaging was decent, but when I opened the box up I did notice a lot of chipping on the underside of the plyo box's top piece of metal. It's pretty significant and obviously caused by the corners of the legs, but it's on the underside and I don't plan on getting this thing wet, so I'm not too worried about rusting (which would be my only concern here). The two stars I took off are because putting this thing together is a complete pain. At first, I was really impressed with the tools that came with the plyo box as they seemed sturdy and actually usable compared to other included tools I've seen before. This required two different sized allen keys to put together, but they only supplied the larger size. The supplied wrench looked good, but the hole that matched the size needed to put this together was in a place that was only usable for half the bolts on the legs (and barely at that). Speaking of the bolts for the legs, the diagram showed two washers per bolt to place near the bolt head and near the nut. It only came with one washer each. I ended up putting the washer on the nut side, because the nut was just small enough to slip into the bolt hole at an awkward angle and I didn't want to damage the metal at all. In the end, I had to use my own adjustable sockets and ratcheting screw driver with the allen tips to put this together well. Overall, I'm glad I purchased this box, but I'd be hard pressed to recommend it to a friend or family member. If I did, I'd only do so with severe warnings about the assembly and an offer to assist with the assembly.
