FAN NOT WORKING, ITS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!
I'm a professional video editor, I received this item very much late than usual, likely because it was shipped from USA, its packing was absolutely great! It also fits my full tower cabinet very easily. But after a wait of a two weeks, when I found that the fan is not working, and it is not supplying an adequate power to my System I applied for the return a few days back. Still the return process is stuck and having no tracking response from the Amazon. So that means, I will have to wait for a few more days like a 2 weeks to get compensated. And successively another two more weeks to get another. The product hardware quality seemed to be fantastic, but it wasted nearly a month and I'm not able to work without an SMPS.

Don’t buy EVGA in India—no service center here.
I bought this EVGA product in India and later discovered there is no official EVGA service center anywhere. If something goes wrong, you must ship it overseas for warranty service, which is expensive and time-consuming.

Brilliant product but not for Indians
I bought this SuperNova Gt850 in November 2022 from Vedant Computers for 9k, the PSU is solid build and work smooth without any fan sound even under load, but the main reason I am writing this review is because I want Indians to beware of EVGA, their products are superior to.other brands but the RMA process for Indians is worst, you have to send it Acro and they send it to Taiwan which takes about a month , process is really slow and without any communication, Evga replies quickly but Acro is really slow when.it comes to RMA for EVGA, my PSU is still lying somewhere in Delhi basement, it's been 12 days since it was delivered to Acro engineering and they still have not sent it to Taiwan, and they don't even reply to you quickly. Please buy products from.Brands who have RMA service center in India, the return time is within a week.or.two but EVGA is a month or maybe even two long process. Brand and product are brilliant but RMA for Indian.is. terrible.
