The unreliability makes it completely unsuitable as a light switch
I was initially pleased with the Switch as it looked sleek and was easy to install, especially with no neutral wire required. After working fine for just a couple of days, the switch started behaving erratically. It would work intermittently, randomly failing to respond to touch, the app, or Alexa voice commands. Over time, the problem got worse until it eventually stopped working altogether. Resetting, reconnecting to WiFi, and reconfiguring the app made no difference. Having to troubleshoot a wall switch constantly defeats the whole purpose of “smart” home automation. I would not recommend this product and regret purchasing it.

Very hard to install without breaking some walls
It didnt work out with me because these smart wall light switch need a constant source the neutral wire which most house do not have you have to connect a wire directly from the breaker all the way to the switch which is a lot of work and not easy depending on the spot and house

Practical but touch is not durable
Very practical solution but the touch part is not durable where after 5 months some of them and not working properly If it’s covered by warranty I would appreciate it being changed thanks
