This is a tea that's been around a long time. Their tea is excellent quality. It does what it says it will do ! Soothing sore throat quickly have used this many times and other of their medicinal teas. All are excellent. You can use with honey or sugar or none. Either way it's going to soothe a sore throat .

This tastes great and works better than all the over the counter things. Works every time like a charm!

This Sleeytime Throat Tamer is my first adventure into the world of teas beyond decaf green tea and iced tea blends. I expected a licorice flavor similar to that of black jellybeans, alas, that was not the case. Alhough I struggle to describe the taste, it is not unpleasant. I enjoy it with a touch of sweetener, but not too much. The teabags are fresh and the aroma is fragrant. I do wish the fragrance came through a bit more in flavor. Without having a sore throat, I cannot attest to the throat soothing effectiveness. However, the tea did help me relax and gently fall asleep. I look forward to trying more flavors in the future.
