This flipflop was wider earlier. Now it's slimmer. See old vs new.

started having heel pain issues the past 5 months on and off. I am an athlete and have been playing tennis the past 5 years. I initially thought it could be age related and that I need to reduce my activity however later realized that the issue started ever since work from home started. I've been walking barefoot the entire day at home which must've caused this. This slipper is very soft and there is 80% pain reduction right from the moment you wear this. I've been using this for the past 10 days and it's prefect. Once you completely cure your heel pain/plantar fasciitis, wearing these slippers at home should help prevent it from coming back again. On a side note, If you only wear this slipper and don't take any other medication, it might take weeks for your pain to go away completely. Heel pain will take weeks/month to cure if medications are not taken as we are constantly stressing the heel. If this is not a chronic pain that you are experience, there is very likely related to inflamed plantar fascia band. Please visit a doctor. They will write a prescription for a cream and anti-inflammatory. With this you should heal the injury completely within 3 to 4 days. After this ensure you stretch your calf muscles, achillies tendons and plantar fascia and wear soft slipper at home. This should keep your heel pain at bay permanently and play any sport to your fullest.
