This is a cute log that will help my daughter keep up with her daily info.

My title is not the start of a complaint it’s in reference to the fact that this cute log book is actually bigger than I expected. I like that it’s bigger to where it gives my son room to right since he is left handed. The photos that Amazon shows makes you fill like your getting a little book. 13”x6” There’s a page you can personalize it will your name, emergency contact and some medical information. The log is set up to place the dates of the week on top of the page each day of the week is large & visible with spaces for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus your insulin dosage if you need to record that. At the bottom is space to write notes if your someone who likes to document other things regarding your sugars and etc.

It isn’t set up the way I would have designed it but it works. Much better than just writing it down in a notebook.

Last year, I was diagnosed with diabetes. I used this book regularly. It helped me be able to track my blood sugar trackings. I even took it to my appointments with me. I would write my notes in it along with my blood sugar readings. It helped me with documenting my journey. It is powerful to be able to see the progress over time.

Being a diabetic can be difficult. I like how this book is laid out with options for before and after meals, different times of the day, larger places for writing, etc. My writing is pretty large so I feel like there is adequate space for me to write.

This has been a game changer for managing my sugars. My doctor was really impressed with it as well. It’s small enough to fit in my (large) purse. I love it and will definitely purchase again!

Wanted to have some fun with something that I hate doing. Always get a good laugh with my doctor! The book in small enough to carry with me. Like the amount of pages that come with it. Will last me for the year.
