How tall is this? One part says 17.3 inches and another says 19.3 inches.

This little side table to so cute. I'm using it in my granddaughter room..... It is exactly 19.5 inches from floor to top of table.

I can’t figure out how to assemble? The wrench they include it does not fit the nuts, and they can’t be loosened by hand.

I found that it does just fit enough to tighten the nuts. Assembled in seconds. Perhaps you could try one of your own? Or a wrench?
