Here’s your revised version: --- **Disclaimer: I have a host of medical issues, including spinal problems like herniated discs, scoliosis, and sciatica.** I bought this chair hoping the zero gravity position would help take some pressure off my back when needed, and also let me sit outside with my family without regretting it later. I read through the reviews, and almost everyone was raving about it, so I was absolutely sure this was the right purchase. Man, was I SORELY mistaken. And I paid the price tenfold in pain. Now, setup was incredibly easy. You pull it out of the box, and you're basically done. The only thing you need to do is grab the cushion from behind the seat and attach it. If you want to use the cup holder, you can, but it's optional and can just be set aside. The chair *looks* comfortable in the pictures, but for me, it was pure regret in under ten minutes. I was in horrible pain. I couldn’t figure out how to recline it properly, either. I’m short, with short legs, and trying to push my legs down on the ground to recline this thing was almost comical. There didn’t seem to be any buttons or levers to adjust the angle, so I just kind of flailed around like a turtle stuck in a sun lounger. This might be great for people without specific back or mobility issues, but for me, it was a big no. I wanted relief and instead ended up more uncomfortable than before I sat down.

I bought this for my disabled husband and it took me weeks upon weeks to unfold it and open it. When I did, it had a broken hinge- clamp (at least that's the term I made up for what I saw;) and the chair did not recline to that "zero gravity" feature for which I bought it. I was so sure we were going to be stuck with it or that the exchange process was going to be quite painful. I. Was. SO. Wrong. After a single message, they immediately responded that they would gladly send another chair. Within a week I had a FedEx tracking number, and the chair arrived the following day. They never asked that I return first chair, which we will donate. Now, my honey is built like a brick (fill it in of you know it) and his weight proves it at 250lbs. This chair lifts him and leans him back with the ease of a new mother cradling her baby. Somehow it is still so light I can fold and carry it with ease. Back deck for some sun? Check. Inside/downstairs to the Family Room? Done-zo! Upstairs to bedroom when back pain makes it impossible to sleep in bed? That zero gravity thing takes all of the pressure off of his lower/mid back and he actually sleeps. For the Love of God, he SLEEPS! In the name of transparency, I will say that padded arm rests would make this perfect for our needs; but for those of you who will keep it always out back by the pool or on the deck, the arm rests as they come can get rained on all day/night long (along with the chair as long as you remembered to remove the seat cushion). I believe that companies that show love through their customer service AND sell quality items deserve more business. I hope this review gets them some.

Best product I bought. Exactly what I needed. Confort level is outstanding. My only complaint is it only has one cup holder. I will for sure get a second soon.
