This is fine for what it is but I didn’t end up using it. After shoulder surgery my doctor right away said I could my arm hang in the shower and that felt really good. I would make sure you’re going to need it.

I suffered a 3rd degree ACL separation of my shoulder. I tried using my son’s sling that he used after his shoulder surgery. It is an expensive sling that cost several hundred dollars. I didn’t like it so I got another one on Amazon that was fairly substantial. Didn’t like it either as it was stiff and hot.Got this mesh one and it’s perfect. Lightweight and not hot yet it secures my arm and is very easy to adjust.

Okay for the shower, that's about it. Really large, these are men's sizes in a box with a lady on it. It slides around and doesn't hold you in place.

I love this sling over what I was given by the doctor after shoulder surgery. Initially, I purchased it in preparation for post-op bathes. I ended up using it the entire time. Because it's mesh, it's much cooler and comfortable to wear. It's also a lot softer than a regular sling. I would definitely recommend this sling for both baths and everyday use while required.

Used for showers and the pool following should surgery and was stuck in a sling for 6-8 weeks. Worked out perfect for me! Simply hang up to air dry. Highly recommend.
