Received a battery that was damaged. Contracted costumer service, and they provided quick and professional help. Company replaced the battery. Replacement is good , works and changes well.

Mounted sideways with no problem. Forward facing sonar readings very clear without interference. Small size made it easy to install in a tight space. Would recommend charging it between long fishing days. I tried to squeeze in 3 long days of 10 hours fishing/day (with sporadic but often use) and on the 3rd day the battery depleted early. This is probably normal as battery size/ratings are important. I use it for forward facing sonar (exclusively) and have heard the black box which converts the data may slowly drain a battery if left plugged (without disconnecting or placing an inline on/off switch). I do disconnect the batter after every use to avoid an issue. Seems to take a few hours for full charge. I purchased a charger that does not have a battery percentage gauge and wish I had, to more easily assess battery status. Easy to use and would recommend, just make sure it is rated for enough run time for your application.

I have run this battery as a second battery in the topper of my truck to use as a house battery. I’ve had it set up for about 6 months charging from solar. Keeps consistent voltage. Size works well for my placement. I used a NOCO series 31 battery box. No problem running my fridge, lights, weBoost network extender and charging ports.I’ll update if I experience any issues.

Brand new battery, very first full charge. Noticed that the battery cells are very unbalanced, leading to some cells going overvoltage, and triggering the BMS to turn off. Contacted the company today 7/24/25 and am hoping for a solution of some sort. Will update after I hear back.Update:Didn't hear back from the customer service email address on their website or the support email address on the card that came with the battery, BUT they did communicate with me when I reached out via Amazon. So is definitely recommend using that method to contact them if you have an issue.The battery is still unbalanced but it is usable and is otherwise, of good quality. They gave me a partial refund due to the cell imbalance problem. Eventually I'll get around to opening the battery and top balancing the cells manually.Bottom line:If you need a battery that is voltage stable and has carefully balanced cells, I would not recommend this battery. It may not last as long if you get one that isn't balanced and you don't top balance it or add an active balancer. On the other hand, if you're familiar with batteries and know how to balance it yourself, this is a good quality battery at a good price. I have it four stars because support worked with me, the battery is well made, and even though it has an issue, it's not something that is impossible to fix, it's just inconvenient.

Excellent battery for use on my solar project running security cameras at my chicken Coop. Works great. Lightweight.

Three months in my fifth wheel and all is well. The only gripe I have is that only one person can access status through Bluetooth app. Constantly having to log in if my wife has done the same thing earlier.

These are a great value for a lithium battery. I have purchased 5 of these over the last 3 years for various campers and have not been disappointed. The new Bluetooth feature is really nice although the app could use some work

I bought this to have a second LiFePo4 in my camper with it's own charge controller and inverter. They are charged by two separate 400 watt banks of solar panels. The run my appliances. Satalite tv, Satalite radio, Evap. Coolers, inside and outside the camper (in our Clam).
