What is difference between rainbird 5004 pcsr sam rotor & rainbird 5004 pc sam rotor ?

I studied this intently before buying. I believe they both have pressure control but the pcsr I believe had anti back flow as well. The anti backflow feature prevents water from draining out of the head if it is downhill from others when the valve shuts off. It saves a lot of money over time if you have that application. Call rain bird to confirm.

how far do these reach?

Depends on your water pressure and the number of heads on the zone. Mine reach about 25’. On some heads I’ve adjusted the front screw and get a little less range but a nice mist spray.
